The carpets were cleaned by Ron’s son and another guy in less than 1 1/2 hours. They were very careful and professional, putting foam or plastic under any furniture than might mark the carpets. They also left booties for us to wear the first 24 hours. I was very pleased with the entire job.

It was very good and I have used this company before. If you find something that wasn’t clean enough, they will come right back and reclean. I had a cat and they tried to get some things out from her and they actually came back and cleaned the whole carpet again at no charge. They went above and beyond.

JNR Cleaning Service cleaned a sofa and two over-sized chairs in my home. All the furniture is white and was quite soiled. They inspected and cleaned the furniture. Additionally, they were very helpful in pointing out areas that were difficult to clean and gave me some suggestions about sun damage. I will definitely use this company again.

Cleaned the carpet in 5 rooms, stairs, hallway, area rug. Removed small but visible pet and wine stains. The two of them tag teamed the process for expediency. They were personable and efficient. At the end they provided plastic booties to wear over your shoes until the carpets dried – a nice touch.

We had them out for carpet cleaning and had inquired in advance about combining the pressure wash on the same trip. The only issue was what water would be used for the cleaning since we have well water that contains iron deposits and were concerned that it would leave and orange haze. They alleviated my concern by using my water for the cleaning process but used the water from their truck for the rinsing. The composite wood looks great – no iron deposits!

First of all I called them the week before Thanksgiving. I called on Tuesday thinking they would be booked. They were available on Thursday PM. Ron and Brandon showed up on time almost to the second. Their equipment’s well maintained and appears new. They took great care to protect the corners that their hoses went around. Used a seal to keep the door open. Kept the cold air from the garage coming in. I was surprised that the furniture actually took longer to clean than the carpet. They were careful. They put slick pads under all the furniture to slide it. They have a great system for going over the sofas, etc. They use all organic cleaners. The carpet went amazingly fast. They cleaned up and they were gone.

The owner came and did the cleaning. He was right on time and did a very thorough job. He cleaned carpeting for us last winter and we liked his work so well, we had him back now to do the upholstery cleaning. When we found out JNR also does area rugs, we arranged to have a large long shag rug picked up for cleaning. It was picked up at the time they said it would be. We expect to use this company from now on for cleaning.

The men were on time. It was a father and son team and they were very, very pleasant. This company was a real pleasure with which to do business. We have had the carpeting cleaned by other companies and none did as well. We were amazed at how nice and bright the carpets looked. They worked hard and were careful with moving furniture and placing protectors under legs. The carpeting looked fresh and clean when they finished. We will hire them again in the spring to clean some of our upholstered chairs. We will definitely hire them again when the carpets need cleaning again.
